3. The guarantee relating to unauthorized use of your credit or debit card covers a maximum liability of $100.00.

4. In the event that your credit or debit card is used for any unauthorized purpose, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

However in the unlikely event you should have any complaint with regard to the running of the SmartLegalForms Service or any of the products purchased from us please contact us here. We will investigate your complaint and respond to you as quickly as we possible. We undertake to either deal with your complaint, or acknowledge its receipt and confirm the timescales for a full response, within three working days of receipt.

All complaints are reviewed by the General Manager, who also reviews all responses before they are sent to you.
